| Obverse description | The octagonal zinc flan features a plain beaded border along its outer edge. Within the field, a circular beaded inner ring encloses the large numeral '50' in bold relief at the center. The surrounding legend, arranged around the inner ring, reads 'BAUGENOSSENSCHAFT LUDWIGSVORSTADT' across the upper arc and 'MÜNCHEN' along the lower arc, with the abbreviation 'G.M.B.H.' flanked by two small star ornaments at the base. The design is plain and utilitarian, consistent with German Notgeld emergency coinage of the early Weimar inflationary period. |
