The issuer name ELLERHOOP appears in large bold type at centre beneath the legend NOTGELD DER GEMEINDE, with a green stylised heraldic shield bearing a star-burst device placed in each upper corner; the denomination 50 PF is set in large numerals at left and right flanking a green overprint reading AMTSBEZIRK BEVERN above a red serial stamp.
