Cammin in Pommern — now Kamień Pomorski in Poland — issued this Notgeld through its municipal savings and giro offices during the inflationary spiral of 1922, when small-denomination coinage had effectively vanished from circulation. The dual attribution to F.W. Töpper and M. Bauchwitz reflects a common arrangement among Stettin printers of the period: one firm held the design credit, the other the production contract.

Cammin's issues are modestly collected within Pomeranian Notgeld, but not among the more sought-after pictorial series.
