| Obverse description | The central vignette presents the Thuringian coat of arms — a blue shield charged with a red and white striped lion passant — surmounted by the caption 'Das Thüringer Wappen' in Gothic script. The denomination '50' appears in large blackletter numerals on both flanks, below the motto 'Thüringer Leut / Dem Reiche treu', with the value line 'Gutschein über Fünfzig Pfg.' set across the lower central field. The entire composition is bordered by a dense decorative frame of fir branches bearing dark red cones, and a rectangular text cartouche at the foot states the redemption conditions referencing the Thüringer Trachten- und Heimat-Fest on 26 June 1921 in Erfurt. |
