| Obverse description | Cream-toned note with a yellow guilloche underprint and a bold black decorative border framing the entire face. The denomination "Fünfzig Pfennig" is inscribed in large Gothic script across the upper portion, above a centrally placed Prussian eagle vignette flanked by two columns of text in Fraktur script detailing redemption terms. The date "Seelow, den 1. Juli 1920" and the issuing authority "Der Vorstand der Sparkasse des Kreises Lebus" appear in the lower half, accompanied by two manuscript signatures beneath the titles "Der Vorsitzende" (Regierungs Assessor) and "Der Direktor", with large red numerals "50" at each corner. |
