| Obverse description | The obverse is laid out in a decorative Jugendstil-influenced letterpress style with Gothic (Fraktur) script throughout. To the left, a vignette renders the Inhalatorium building in fine line engraving, captioned 'Inhalatorium' at the base, framed by trees and a decorative scroll banner above. To the upper left, the denomination '50 Pf' is printed in bold red numerals, while the issuer inscription 'Bad Sulza i/Thür.' appears in large Fraktur lettering at upper right, underlined in red. The text body states the payment obligation, the date 'Bad Sulza, 19. Juli 1921', validity 'Gültig bis 31.
