| Obverse description | Plain field bearing the large bold numeral '50' at centre, rendered in a serif style and occupying the majority of the die area. A circular legend reads 'STADT LOSLAU' along the upper periphery and 'PFENNIG' along the lower periphery, flanked on either side by six-pointed star ornaments serving as dividers. The design is entirely typographic, with no pictorial motifs, consistent with the utilitarian character of German World War I municipal notgeld coinage. |
