A large scroll cartouche at the top bears the town name in blackletter script, with the denomination numeral '50' in bold at lower left and right. The issue date 'Neubrandenburg den 2. Juli 1921', two facsimile signatures, a serial number panel, and the redemption inscription 'Einlösung durch die Stadtkasse' with the validity date 'bis zum 30.
