| Obverse description | Olive-brown note with the title inscription 'Württembergische Landes Hauptstadt Stuttgart' in Gothic blackletter across the top, flanked by large white denomination numerals '50' at left and right. The central vignette presents the black rampant horse of the Stuttgart coat of arms set within a yellow lozenge cartouche with ornate scrollwork surrounds, while a faint underprint of a historical figure appears at left. The denomination 'Fünfzig Pfennig' is rendered in bold Gothic script below, followed by the payment text, the date '21.
