| Reverse description | The upper half is divided into three vignettes: at left, a woman working at a hand loom rendered in a woodcut style with yellow and grey tones; at centre, the town's heraldic shield in blue bearing an armoured knight with antlered helmet, sword and chequered shield; and at right, an industrial mining headframe with chimney and outbuildings. The lower half is divided into three panels: the left panel carries a four-line verse in Gothic script, the centre panel displays the large blue denomination numeral "50 Pf." within a dotted frame on a yellow ground, and the right panel lists the town's principal industries and a closing devotional phrase in Gothic lettering. |
