| Obverse description | Printed in green on cream paper, the obverse carries a central panoramic vignette of Hoym as it appeared circa 1700, captioned on a scroll banner above. To the left, a decorative cartouche lists key landmarks of the townscape identified by letters A through K. To the right, the municipal coat of arms — a bear above a diagonally striped escutcheon — is set within a scroll frame. The denomination numeral '50' appears in each corner against a diamond-patterned border, with the issuer name 'Hoym i/Anhalt' in Gothic script across the top, and the voucher serial number, validity clause, date, and magistrate's facsimile signature arranged in the lower register. |
