Soldin — now Myślibórz in western Poland — issued this note during the Notgeld wave that followed Germany's postwar coin shortage. Stadt Soldin was among the smaller Pomeranian municipalities to engage a local printer rather than outsourcing to Berlin or Leipzig, which is precisely what makes H. Madrasch's involvement worth noting: the firm printed from within the same town that issued the note, an unusual degree of local self-sufficiency even by small-town Notgeld standards.
The 1921 date places this in the later municipal Notgeld phase, by which point many issues had become overtly collectible by design — whether Soldin's series was pitched at philatelists or remained genuinely utilitarian is worth investigating before pricing accordingly.
