| Obverse description | The obverse is printed in green, black, and red on a cream ground, with a decorative oak-leaf and scroll border framing the entire note. At the centre top, the quartered coat of arms of Schleswig-Holstein is displayed, flanked by the large Gothic-script denomination legend 'Fünfzig Pfennig'. A central cartouche in the form of an unrolled scroll carries the issuer inscription in red letterpress. Below, the validity date and place of issue are given in black script, accompanied by the manuscript signature of the Gemeindevorsteher. |
