The central vignette presents a colour lithograph of the Elisabeth Heilstätte (Elisabeth Sanatorium), a large institutional building with red roofing set amid green foliage, captioned ELISABETH HEILSTÄTTE at lower right. Vertical Low German verse texts appear in the left and right margins, while a two-line redemption notice in Gothic script runs along the lower edge, dated Wildeshausen i. O., 1.
