| Obverse description | Cream-toned Notgeld note with a scalloped brown border framing the entire face. The left half carries the issuer inscription and denomination in brown and olive-gold letterpress, below which appears a handwritten signature of the Gemeindevorsteher (municipal head) and a multi-line verse in cursive script. To the right, a polychrome vignette rendered in brown, green, and blue depicts an interior domestic scene: an elderly man standing over a seated young girl who covers her face in distress, with curtained windows and a patterned wallpaper background visible behind them; a caption legend in brown appears beneath the vignette. |
