| Obverse description | A full-field red wavy-line guilloche underprint forms the background, over which the denomination 'Fünfzig Pfennig' is rendered in large ornate Kurrent script at centre, preceded by the word 'ÜBER'. The lower half carries a multi-line redemption clause in Gothic letterpress script referencing the Stadthauptkasse in Flensburg, with the reissue date 'Neu-Ausgabe 16.1.20' and the struck-through original date 'Flensburg den 1. August 1919'. The side borders bear the Low German legends 'DE NOTIS WOR / DE KRAEFT IS DOR' and the foot border 'DE WEG IS KLOR', all in bold letterpress, with facsimile signatures of Der Magistrat and Das Stadtverordneten-Kollegium at the base. |
