A large ornamental vignette at left presents a standing jester or town herald figure within a foliate decorative surround. To the right, a block of Fraktur text states the city's redemption obligation, with the large numeral '50' at the far right, and a validity notice in Fraktur at the lower margin reading 'Gültig nur in Friedrichroda.' |
