| Obverse description | Dark brown and ochre Notgeld note with a central cartouche in the form of an ornate Baroque-style wreath enclosing the arms of Naumburg — a crossed key and sword in red on a white field. Denomination numerals '50' appear in red within hexagonal frames at left and right, set against a background of stylised reed or wheat motifs in brown tones. The lower portion carries a two-column text block in Gothic script with the redemption clause and a serial number at lower left, flanked by two manuscript signatures of the Magistrat. |
