| Obverse description | Grey-green letterpress Notgeld voucher with a fine guilloche underprint throughout. The heading 'Gutschein der Stadt Nimptsch über' in Gothic script surmounts the large bold blackletter denomination 'Fünfzig Pfennig' at centre, below which the date 'Nimptsch, den 29. Oktober 1919' and the issuing line 'Der Magistrat:' are followed by six facsimile manuscript signatures of municipal officials. A redemption clause in small Gothic type runs along the foot, with denomination numeral '50' repeated in all four corners. |
