| Obverse description | Printed on pink paper, the obverse is dominated by a central shield vignette bearing a stylised chalice or anchor motif, flanked on either side by large red numeral '50' denomination figures. A curved banner at the top carries the issuer inscription 'GEMEINDE SEETH' against a hatched background, with the partial date '19 – –2' visible in the upper corners. Below the shield, two text blocks in Low German state the validity period (expiry 30 April 1922) and the redemption terms at the municipal treasury, with a manuscript signature line for the Gemeindevorstand at lower left. The denomination 'FÖFTI PENN' (Frisian for fifty pennies) appears in bold red letterpress at the foot of the note, with the printer's imprint 'GEBH. & KUNZE FLENSBURG' at lower left and the designers' credit 'ENTW.: INGWER PAULSEN U. HANS PHILIPP' at lower right. |

| Reverse description | Printed on the same pink paper stock, the reverse is enclosed within a dotted outer border and presents a central vignette of a tall bell tower or pole surmounted by a bell, around which two groups of armed peasant figures march from either side — an allusion to the historical Stapelholm farmers' resistance. The full text of a Low German verse poem titled 'DE OLE STAPELHOLMER BUERNKLOCK' (The Old Stapelholm Farmers' Bell) by Franzen fills the upper portion of the design in bold block letterpress. Large red overprinted numerals '50' and 'PF' appear at the lower left and right corners respectively. |
