Two silhouetted naval figures are depicted in the central field: at left, an armed rating in working dress carrying a rifle, and at right, an officer in formal cap saluting, both shown in profile against a radiating sunburst background. A curved banner separates the upper and lower fields; the centenary dates 1921 and 2021 are displayed above within the arc, flanked by small circular naval emblems.
