Reverse description The reverse features a full-colour applied illustration of Peter Rabbit, based on the original artwork by Beatrix Potter, centrally positioned within the mirror-polished heptagonal field. The character is depicted standing upright, dressed in his iconic blue jacket, and clutching a bundle of radishes and leafy green vegetables, with a further radish and foliage at his feet. The legend PETER is inscribed along the left border and RABBIT along the right border, both incuse in the field following the heptagonal contour. A trademark symbol (TM) appears in the lower centre field, below the figure. The design, engraved by Emma Noble, exemplifies the commemorative series celebrating the 150th anniversary of Beatrix Potter's birth.
