| Obverse description | Third portrait of Queen Elizabeth II by Raphael David Maklouf, depicting a right-facing draped bust of the Queen wearing the George IV State Diadem, with a pearl drop earring and necklace visible. The effigy is rendered in high relief with fine detail in the hair and crown. The legend QUEEN ELIZABETH II curves along the upper periphery, with ST.
