| Obverse description | Right-facing crowned effigy of Queen Elizabeth II after the third portrait by Raphael David Maklouf, depicting the Queen wearing the George IV State Diadem with pearls and gems. The hair is styled in soft curls beneath the crown, with a draped neckline visible at the truncation. The engraver's initials RDM appear at the lower truncation of the bust.
