Photo by ARCHIVIIO GBB 1931 - In 1931 Princess Elizabeth was a bridesmaid at the wedding of Lady May Cambridge and Capt. Henry Abel Smith at Balcombe in Sussex. Then, for her 6th birthday in 1932, the Princess was gifted a life-size dolls house by the people of Wales. This massive 24 foot long doll`s house still resides on the grounds of the Royal Lodge of Windsor, where current royal children get to enjoy it.
