| Obverse description | Uncrowned left-facing effigy of King Charles III occupying the central field, rendered in high relief with naturalistic detail of the hair and facial features. The legend KING CHARLES III · ISLE OF MAN curves around the upper periphery, while the date 2025 appears at the base of the coin flanked by two small dots. The portrait is consistent with the official effigy adopted for Isle of Man coinage. |

| Reverse description | Three stylised French hens occupy the central field in a decorative, folk-art-inspired composition, depicted with intricately engraved feather detail. The birds are shown in profile with combs and wattles clearly delineated, arranged at varying heights against a ground of scrolling decorative foliage and pinecones at the base. A small heart motif appears in the upper right field above the hens. The inscription CHRISTMAS curves along the upper border, and the denomination numeral 50 is positioned at the lower centre. A small trademark symbol appears to the lower right of the design. |
