Obverse description Central field dominated by an ornate tughra device, a calligraphic emblem rendered in relief, surmounted by a crescent moon opening to the right with a five-pointed star positioned within the crescent's arc — the national symbols of Pakistan. Flanking the tughra on the left and right are legends in Bengali script arranged in two curved vertical columns. The Urdu legend 'حكومت پاكستان' (Government of Pakistan) appears in Naskh script below the tughra. The date is inscribed in Arabic-Eastern numerals at the bottom of the field. The entire design is enclosed within a fine beaded border.
