The Banco de Kamberra is a private fantasy or novelty issuer — not a central bank, not a recognized monetary authority of any jurisdiction. "Numismas" has no standing as a legal tender denomination anywhere. These notes circulate among collectors as art objects or decorative pieces, not as functional currency, and should be cataloged accordingly rather than alongside legitimate banknote issues.
Gustavo Adolfo Bécquer, the 19th-century Sevillian Romantic poet, has no institutional connection to any entity called Kamberra. The pairing is purely aesthetic.
