Banco de Kamberra is a private fantasy issuer operating out of Australia, producing limited-edition art notes with no legal tender status anywhere. The "Numisma" denomination is entirely invented. These pieces exist in a small but active collector niche sometimes called "exonumia art notes" — acquired for the design work rather than any monetary or historical function.
Franck Medina has produced similar fantasy note designs for multiple private issuers. The watermark inclusion on a privately printed collectible is largely decorative signaling rather than genuine anti-counterfeiting practice.
