Banco de Kamberra is a private fantasy issuer, not a sovereign central bank — "Kamberra" is not a recognized jurisdiction, and these notes carry no legal tender status anywhere. The 2024 Year of the Dragon release is a privately commissioned collectible, produced for the numismatic market rather than for any circulating monetary system. Franck Medina has designed several such fantasy polymer pieces, typically issued in limited numbered runs with certificates.
The "Numisma" denomination is the giveaway: a unit with no exchange rate, no issuing authority in any monetary law, no redemption obligation.
