The "Banco de Kamberra" is not a recognized central bank or legitimate monetary authority — this is a privately issued fantasy note, produced for the novelty and collector market rather than as legal tender in any jurisdiction. "Kamberra" appears to reference Canberra, Australia, but no such issuing institution exists. The "Numisma" denomination is purely fictitious.

Franck Medina is a French designer known for producing high-quality polymer fantasy notes marketed directly to collectors. The 2012 lunar year release is part of a broader themed series he produced around that period.
