The Banco de Kamberra is a fantasy issuer — these notes have no monetary authority behind them, no territory to circulate in, and no legal tender status anywhere. They are privately produced novelty items sold directly to collectors, and "Kamberra" is a deliberate near-homophone of Canberra, trading on Australia's association with polymer note innovation without any formal connection to the Reserve Bank of Australia or Note Printing Australia.
Franck Medina has produced numerous fantasy polymer pieces under this and related imprints. Numismas is the house denomination — invented specifically for this series.
