| Reverse description | Central design depicts a stylized Rod of Asclepius — a staff entwined by a serpent — rendered in relief and set within a square-on-point frame that is itself contained within an eight-pointed star border, evoking traditional Turkmen geometric ornament. A laurel and floral wreath frames the central emblem, and a semi-circular Turkmen-script legend encircles it in the lower portion of the inner field. The curved legend SAGLYK DÖWLET MAKSATNAMASYNA 20 ÝYL arcs prominently along the upper periphery, with the date 2015 appearing in the lower field. Decorative rosette ornaments are evenly spaced around the inner border ring. |
