| Obverse description | The obverse features a large stylized numeral '150' at the centre of the field, incorporating a crescent and star motif within the zero, commemorating the 150th anniversary of the Turkish Court of Accounts (Sayıştay). An arc legend above the central device reads 'SAYIŞTAY'IN 150. YILI', with the founding and anniversary dates '1862 - 2012' inscribed below.
