Reverse description	The reverse, printed in warm brown tones, presents a large central vignette of the Afyon Karahisar fortress rock rising steeply above the town, rendered in fine intaglio engraving within an oval frame. Two circular guilloche rosettes flank the central scene as watermark windows, and the whole composition is enclosed within a multi-line geometric border. The denomination '50 LIVRES TURQUES' and Arabic-script legends are placed at the upper portion, with the printer's imprint of Thomas De La Rue & Company visible at the lower margin.
