| Reverse description | Printed predominantly in olive-green, the reverse is dominated by a large central oval medallion bearing an intaglio portrait of King Gustav Vasa in period dress with a feathered hat, enclosed within an elaborate radiating guilloche surround. The denomination numerals 50 appear at left and right within ornamental cartouches, and the inscriptions SVERIGES RIKSBANK above and KRONOR 50 KRONOR below the central medallion complete the design against a finely engraved engine-turned background. |
