Obverse description	The Ukrainian trident (tryzub) state arms within an ornate cartouche at upper centre, flanked by wheat sheaf vignettes and decorative rope-style border elements. The denomination numeral '50' appears at upper left and right corners, with the year '1918' printed at mid-left and mid-right. The central text inscriptions identify the issuer in Cyrillic, with the denomination in full, accompanied by two manuscript facsimile signatures and series and serial number below.

Reverse description	The reverse carries a dense multi-paragraph legislative text in Cyrillic setting out the regulations governing the State Treasury bills of 1918, arranged in numbered paragraphs across the full face of the note. The denomination numeral '50' appears in each corner within the ornate guilloche border, consistent with the obverse frame. A final line at the bottom states the date from which interest accrues.
