| Obverse description | Printed in blue on cream paper, the left panel carries a fine letterpress vignette of a hilltop church and tower amid trees, below which sits the circular heraldic seal of the Stadtgemeinde Zwettl within an ornate cartouche. The right panel bears the denomination numeral '50' at upper left within a ruled box, followed by the value inscription in Gothic blackletter script and the issuer's name, with three manuscript signatures above the validity and anti-counterfeiting legends at foot. A geometric border of interlocking rectangular ornaments frames the entire note. |
