| Obverse description | Central vignette presents a bird's-eye perspective engraving of Wilhering Abbey and its grounds as they appeared circa 1650, inscribed within the image with 'WILLERING ANNO 1650' and 'Donau Fluss'. The composition is framed by elaborate acanthus scroll ornaments in Art Nouveau style, with the denomination '50 HELLER' repeated in large stylized numerals flanking the vignette at left and right. The designer's signature 'P. Adalbero Marschaller delin.' appears in the lower right margin, and a monogrammed cartouche surmounts the lower border between the decorative scrollwork. |

The denomination '50' appears in bold numerals at upper left and right. A four-line German verse occupies the upper central panel, followed by the redemption text stating the note is redeemable by the Gemeinde Wilhering between 1 and 31 December 1920 in legal tender, dated 'Wilhering, am 25. April 1920', with the facsimile signature of the Bürgermeister Starlinger below. |
