Reverse description The reverse is printed entirely in black Gothic script on plain cream paper with no vignette or decorative border. The upper portion carries a four-line lyrical verse attributed to 'Just.' celebrating the Wachau landscape and its fruit blossom season. Below a ruled divider, a block of text in mixed typefaces announces the issuance of Kassenscheine by the Gemeinde Weissenkirchen in der Wachau to a total value of 64,000 Kronen, states that the notes are non-interest-bearing, accepted in payment until 30 November 1920, and redeemable in legal tender between 15 and 30 November 1920. A closing warning line reads 'Die Nachahmung wird gesetzlich bestraft.'
