The text, in a combination of Art Nouveau-style typeface and blackletter, sets out the municipality's formal guarantee that the commune of Weinzierl bei Perg, Upper Austria, accepts liability for these vouchers and will redeem them against legal tender as of 1 January 1921. The names of the three authorizing municipal officials — Bürgermeister, Bürgermeisterstellvertreter, and Gemeinderat — are printed below the guarantee text, with the printer's imprint at the foot. |
