Obverse description Printed on pink paper, the obverse carries the denomination numeral '50' in bold blackletter typeface within ornamental cartouches at upper left and upper right, with the locality name 'Weinzierl bei Perg' in Gothic script across the top border. The central vignette presents a detailed letterpress view of the J. Manner sawmill complex set in an open landscape, with industrial buildings, a tall chimney, and surrounding fields rendered in fine line illustration. Flanking text panels at left and right carry the voucher authorization and validity clause in German blackletter script.

Reverse description The reverse, printed on the same pink paper stock, is enclosed within a decorative floral and geometric border in letterpress. The text, in a combination of Art Nouveau-style typeface and blackletter, sets out the municipality's formal guarantee that the commune of Weinzierl bei Perg, Upper Austria, accepts liability for these vouchers and will redeem them against legal tender as of 1 January 1921. The names of the three authorizing municipal officials — Bürgermeister, Bürgermeisterstellvertreter, and Gemeinderat — are printed below the guarantee text, with the printer's imprint at the foot.
