| Obverse description | Printed in dark brown on yellow-ochre paper, the obverse is framed by a decorative letterpress border with floral rosettes at each corner and hanging garland motifs at the top. A rectangular panel at the upper centre bears the issuer's name in Gothic blackletter script, above a large central vignette of the Weibern town square with the parish church and surrounding buildings rendered in fine line engraving. Denomination numerals "50" appear in circular wreath cartouches at lower left and right, with the anti-counterfeiting notice "Nachahmung verboten!" in a panel at the foot. |

| Reverse description | Printed in dark brown on yellow-ochre paper, the reverse carries a bold Gothic blackletter text block centred within a geometric letterpress frame with chain-link and cross ornaments at the corners. The denomination "Fünfzig Heller" heads the text, followed by the authorising resolution text citing the municipal committee session of 10 April 1920, the date of issue "Weibern, am 3. Mai 1920", and two manuscript-style printed signature panels. Denomination numerals "50" appear at upper left and right outside the inner frame. The printer's imprint "Jos. Feichtingers Erben, Linz" and edition note "2. Aufl." appear at the lower margin. |
