The denomination '50' appears in large script numerals at lower left and lower right, each accompanied by the word 'Heller' in Gothic lettering. Below the vignette, the issuing legend 'Notgeld der Stadt Stein a. d. D.' is printed in bold Gothic script, followed by a liability clause and the date 'Stein a. d. D. am 9. At the foot, the denomination 'Fünfzig Heller.' is printed in large decorative Gothic script, with the printer's imprint 'F. Faber, Krems.' centred beneath it. |
