| Obverse description | Printed in rose-red on cream paper, the note carries a central vignette of a panoramic townscape of St. Johann am Wimberg, with a prominent church tower and surrounding rooftops set against a wooded hillside. The denomination "Fünfzig Heller" is inscribed in Gothic blackletter across the upper register, flanked left and right by the numeral "50", all within a crosshatch-patterned border frame. The lower margin bears the issuer legend "Gutschein der Gemeinde St. Johann am Wimberg" in Gothic script. |

| Reverse lettering | Bring' diesen Schein, Behältst du ihn, Ich lös' ihn ein, Ist's mein Gewinn. Zur Linderung der Kleingeldnot gibt die Gemeinde Sankt Johann am Wimberg in Oberösterreich laut Sitzungsbeschluß vom 5. Mai 1920 für 50.000 Kronen Gutscheine aus. Diese sind unverzinslich und haftet die Gemeinde mit einer eigenen Deckungsrücklage. Die Einlösung erfolgt vier Wochen nach Bekanntgabe des Einlösungstermines in gesetzlichem Bargelde beim Gemeindeamte St. Johann a. W. St. Johann am Wimberg, am 5. Mai 1920. Der Bürgermeister: Josef Wolkerstorfer. Die Nachmachung dieses Scheines wird gesetzlich bestraft. |
