The date '1914–18' appears at the upper left, and a stylised dragonfly or wing motif occupies the upper right corner. To the right, a formal text block states the liability clause of the issuing organisation, the date of issue of 1 August 1920, the redemption deadline of 31 October 1920, and bears two manuscript signatures. |
