The body carries a full German-language legal text stating that the Notgeld was issued by resolution of the municipal committee of 21 April 1920 to alleviate the prevailing coin shortage, with the commune pledging its entire assets as guarantee for redemption between 1 and 31 December 1920. An anti-counterfeiting warning is positioned at the lower left, with the mayor's printed title and facsimile signature at the lower right. |
