| Obverse description | Dark green letterpress vignette on cream paper, dominated by a panoramic rural scene of Lichtenberg. To the upper left, the Pfarrkirche Pöstlingberg is rendered in fine line engraving against a hillside landscape, while the central field presents a detailed view of the Gemeindeamt and Memelmajers Gasthaus with a horse-drawn vehicle in the foreground.
