The issuer's name Marktgemeinde Königswiesen is set in large script lettering at the top. At centre, the municipal arms — a shield bearing a hare above a horizontal division, dated 1554, with the circular legend DIE BURGER M. BURGFRIED. MÖGEN EINEN HASEN FAHEN ODER SCHIESSEN — divides a bilingual redemption text stating that 60,000 Kronen in interest-bearing vouchers were issued to alleviate the small-change shortage, accepted by the Gemeinde Königswiesen and redeemable in legal tender during 1–31 May 1921.
