| Obverse description | The obverse is printed in brown on cream paper within a ruled border. The central vignette presents a landscape view of the Hotel Almtalhof set against a backdrop of forested mountains, rendered in fine line engraving. Flanking the central scene are two full-length figures in traditional Austrian rural attire — a farmhand on the left and a woodsman on the right — while the denomination "Fünfzig 50 Heller" appears in Gothic script across the top and the locality name "Grünau" runs along the lower margin in ornate lettering; the artist's initials "B.K." appear at lower right. |
