| Obverse description | Printed in red on cream paper, the obverse carries a panoramic vignette of the village of Eggendorf set against a wooded hillside and a radiating sunburst sky, framed by elaborate Art Nouveau foliate scrollwork in each corner. The denomination numeral '50' appears in circular cartouches at upper left and right, each inscribed 'HELLER', with the legend 'Gutschein der Gemeinde' arching across the top. The issuer name 'EGGENDORF' is set in bold letterpress at the lower centre, with the printer's imprint 'L. Haase, Linz' noted at the lower right margin. |
